Consent to the processing of personal data

This Consent is executed as a separate document in accordance with Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” of 27 July 2006 (as amended, including the amendments effective from 1 September 2025) and is not part of any contract, offer or other document.

By ticking the consent box and/or using the functionality of the websites fenix-gsm.com and fenix-gsm.ru (hereinafter, the “Site”) that involves the provision of personal data (registration, placing a request, payment, feedback), the personal data subject (hereinafter, the “User”) freely, of their own will and in their own interest, gives consent to the Site Administration (hereinafter, the “Operator”) to process their personal data on the following terms.

2. Personal data covered by this consent: last name, first name, patronymic; email address; phone number; login; Telegram ID (if linked); IP address and technical data of the device; information about orders and payments (without full bank card details).

3. Purposes of processing: registration and maintenance of the account; provision of software configuration services and related support; processing of payments and refunds; sending notifications and receipts; feedback and support; improving the quality of the service.

4. Processing operations and methods: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, blocking, erasure and destruction, carried out by mixed processing (with and without the use of automation tools). Data is stored in the territory of the Russian Federation; no cross-border transfer takes place.

5. Term of consent. This consent is valid from the moment it is given until the purposes of processing are achieved or until it is withdrawn by the User.

6. Withdrawal of consent. The User may withdraw this Consent at any time by sending a written notice to admin@fenix-gsm.com with the subject “Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data”. After the consent is withdrawn, the Operator stops the processing and destroys the personal data within the time limits established by law, except for data that must be retained by law.

7. The User’s rights with respect to their personal data are set out in Article 14 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ. The processing procedure is described in detail in the Privacy Policy.

8. The User confirms that the data they provide is accurate and belongs to them. The User is responsible for providing the data of third parties without their consent.
