Consent to the processing of personal data

This Consent is drawn up in a separate document in accordance with Art. 9 of the Federal Law of July 27, 2006 No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” (subject to amendments that entered into force on September 1, 2025) and is not part of a contract, offer or other document.

By marking your consent and/or using the functionality of the sites fenix-gsm.com and fenix-gsm.ru (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”) associated with transfer of personal data (registration, filling out an application, payment, feedback), the subject of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) freely, of his own free will and in his own interest, gives consent to the Site Administration (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”) to process his personal data on the following conditions.

2. List of personal datato the processing of which consent is given: last name, first name, patronymic; email address; telephone number; login; Telegram ID (if linked); IP address and technical data of the device; information about orders and payments (without full bank card details).

3. Purposes of processing:registration and account maintenance; provision of software configuration services and related maintenance; making payments and returns; sending notices and checks; feedback and support; improving the quality of service.

4. List of actions and processing methods:collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), extraction, use, blocking, deletion, destruction — in a mixed way (with and without automation tools). Storage is carried out on the territory of the Russian Federation; There is no cross-border transfer.

5. Duration of consentConsent is valid from the moment it is provided until the purposes of processing are achieved or until it is withdrawn by the User.

6. Withdrawal of consentThe user has the right to withdraw this Consent at any time by sending a written notification to the address admin@fenix-gsm.com marked “Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data.” After revocation, the Operator stops processing and destroys personal data within the time limits established by law, with the exception of data the storage of which is required by law.

7. The User‘s rights in relation to his personal data are determined by Art. 14 152-FZ. The processing procedure is detailed in Privacy Policy.

8. The user confirms that the data he provided is reliable and belongs to him. The User is responsible for providing third party data without their consent.
