Information for copyright holders
The Site Administration respects intellectual property rights and acts in accordance with Part Four of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and Federal Law No. 149-FZ “On Information, Information Technologies and Protection of Information” of 27 July 2006.
If you find an infringement of copyright and/or related rights, please send a written notice to the email address admin@fenix-gsm.com.
To allow us to verify the notice and take appropriate action, the author, the rights holder or an authorized representative should send a letter with a subject line indicating an infringement of copyright and/or related rights and include the following information:
- Details of the rights holder or the person authorized by the rights holder:
- for an individual: full name, passport details (series and number, issuing authority, date of issue), contact details (phone number, email address);
- for a legal entity: name, contact details (phone number, email address);
- for a representative of the rights holder: in addition to one of the above, a power of attorney or another document confirming the authority to act on behalf of the applicant.
- Identification of the designation whose rights are infringed;
- A link to the page of the service or material where the designation is published;
- Evidence that the rights holder owns the rights to the designation;
- A statement that the rights holder has not authorized the use of the disputed designation;
- Consent to the processing of the personal data of the applicant (if the notice is submitted by an individual) and of any individuals named in the notice.
If the information provided is insufficient, the claims department will notify the sender of the notice accordingly. Failure to respond or refusal to provide the required information will prevent us from objectively assessing the validity of the notice.
Once all the information necessary to assess the validity of the rights holder’s notice has been provided, we will request additional information from our suppliers about their right to use the disputed designations and then decide whether the request to remove the published materials is justified.
The rights holder will be informed of the outcome by email at the address specified in the notice.
The average time to review a rights holder’s claim is 2–5 business days; however, when the volume of claims is high, the review period may be extended.
