Information for copyright holders
The Site Administration respects the rights to the results of intellectual activity and acts in accordance with part four of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and the Federal Law of July 27, 2006 No. 149-FZ “On information, information technologies and information protection.”
If violations of copyright and (or) related rights are detected, you should write a written complaint to email address admin@fenix-gsm.com.
To verify the validity of the request and take appropriate measures, the author, copyright holder or authorized person should provide a letter with the subject line about violation of copyright and (or) related rights, providing the following information:
- Information about the copyright holder or a person authorized by the copyright holder:
- for an individual — full name, passport data (series and number, by whom it was issued, date of issue), contact information (phone number, email address);
- for a legal entity — name, contact information (phone number, email address);
- for a representative of the copyright holder — in addition to one of the points above, a power of attorney or other document certifying the right to act on behalf of the applicant.
- Indication of the designation whose rights are being violated;
- Providing a link to the page of the service or material where the designation is published;
- Information about whether the copyright holder has rights to the designation;
- Indication that there is no permission from the copyright holder to place the controversial designation;
- Consent to the processing of personal data of the applicant (if the application is from an individual), as well as the individuals specified in this application.
If the information provided above is insufficient, the Claims Resolution Department will send a corresponding message to the sender of the request. Leaving without consideration or refusal to provide the necessary data will not allow us to make an objective assessmentof its validity.
If we provide all the necessary information to make a decision about the validity of the copyright holder’s request, we will request additional information from our suppliers about the right to use the controversial designations, after which we will decide on the validity of the request to remove the published materials.
A letter is sent to the copyright holder about the result of consideration of the appeal to the email address specified in the appeal.
The average time for reviewing claims from copyright holders is 2-5 business days, however, in the case of a high volume of claims, the period for verifying the validity of the claim may be increased.
