🔒 Personal chat with the administrator
Now you can write to the admin directly directly in the site chat. Correspondence does not go into the general chat and Telegram group — only you and the administrator can see it.
How to open
- click the 💬 icon in the chat header — next to the online counter;
- or click on FENIX in the list of participants, section “Administrators”;
- or select “Write privately” from the admin message menu.
What is convenient
- you can safely send IMEI, email, screenshots and files;
- emoticons, formatting and replies to messages work as in a general chat;
- the badge on the icon will show the new admin response;
- 🔔 bell in personal chat — notifications by email: if you are not in the chat, the answer will be sent by email.
Chat is available after logging into the site.
