iPhone carrier (SIM-Lock) unlock

Official unlocking of iPhone from the telecom operator (removal of SIM-Lock / Carrier Lock) using IMEI. Once completed, the phone accepts SIM cards from any operator in the world. The conditions for fulfillment and the guarantee against re-blocking are indicated for the selected variation; For services without a guarantee, relock is possible.

How to order:
1. Find out the operator and device status - Check Apple devices by IMEI / SN (SimLock / Carrier / FMI / GSMA) or the “Check status” option in this service
2. Select country, operator, order type (your IMEI status) and model
3. Specify IMEI (15 digits): dial *#06# or open Settings → General → About this device
4. After payment, the order is automatically sent to the operator; status and results - in your personal account and via Email

How to activate after unlocking:
• insert a SIM card from another operator
• connect to Wi-Fi and restart your iPhone (connect to iTunes / Finder if necessary)
• the message “iPhone is unlocked” will appear on the screen
• check: Settings → General → About this device → “Operator blocking” - should be “SIM cards without restrictions”
• if there is no other SIM card: make a backup copy, erase the iPhone and restore it from the copy

Order types:
• Status check - report on IMEI status and unlocking capabilities; paid separately, no refunds
• Clean - only “clean” IMEI: no debt or installment plan, not blacklisted, not lost/stolen
• Semi Premium - the set of acceptable statuses depends on the country, operator and model; debt, installment plan, contract and Active Line are accepted only where expressly stated in the option description
• Full Premium - premium service with an expanded list of statuses; Fraud and blacklist support depends on the selected option. Removing the SIM-Lock itself does not change the IMEI status in the blacklist
• AT&T statuses (Active Line, Past Due, GoPhone, Not AT&T, Recently Upgraded, Request in Progress, 60 Days, Account 2 Locked and others) - select based on the reason for refusal returned by the operator or status check

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
• before ordering, be sure to check the operator and IMEI status - if the operator, model or type of order is incorrectly selected, funds will not be refunded
• once the order has been sent to the operator, cancellation is not possible
• the refund depends on the conditions of the selected service: some Clean / Check + Unlock return a paid status report instead of unlocking without a refund
• deadlines are indicated in the description of the option and may increase on weekends and holidays in the operator’s country
• repeated blocking (relock): for services without a guarantee, the operator can return the blocking if the conditions are violated (debt, chargeback, insured event) - use the device outside the network of the original operator
• Verizon / Tracfone: Pre-check Eligible, purchase and activation date; restrictions of the selected service are indicated in the description of the option
• in Canada from December 2017, in Japan from October 2021, in the UK from December 2021 and in Mexico from November 2023 iPhones are sold without locking - first check if unlocking is required
• the service does not remove the iCloud activation lock (Activation Lock): the iPhone must be unlinked from the owner’s Apple ID
