OPPO / Realme / OnePlus HeyTap Account unlock

HeyTap Account is a single account for the OPPO ecosystem, used by OPPO, Realme and OnePlus smartphones (ColorOS, Realme UI, OxygenOS). The cloud, device search and branded services work through it.

Basic account features

• HeyTap Cloud:Backup contacts, messages, photos and settings.
• Find My: remotely search, lock and clear a lost phone.
• Family access: shared services and cloud for family members.
• Services: application store, themes, Game Center and support.

When you need to unlock

If the “Find my device” function was enabled on the device, after resetting the settings, the phone asks to log in to the previous owner’s HeyTap Account. You cannot use the device without the login and password of this account.

• I forgot my HeyTap Account password and have no access to my email or phone number
• the device was purchased with someone else’s account linked
• after reset, the phone asks for account confirmation

How to protect your account

1. Open Settings - HeyTap Account - My Profile.
2. Attach your current phone number and email address.
3. Add a recovery contact in the Security Center section.
4. Before selling your device, log out of your account and disable Find My Device.

How the order is fulfilled

• this is not automatic unlocking: in response to your order you will receive a temporary password to log into HeyTap Account on your device
• the password is received from 16:00 to 18:00 China time (11:00–13:00 Moscow time) - be near the device at this time
• the password is valid for 2 hours - enter it on the device immediately after receiving it
• if your password has expired, write to the administrator - a new password will be issued free of charge

Return conditions

• a refund is possible if the execution is delayed or if the password does not match
• to return you need a video showing that the device is still locked
• if the password was not entered on time and has expired, there is no refund - request a new password for free
• if you are unable to enter your password at this time, do not place your order

To complete an order, you must provide the IMEI and lock photo of the device. Without it, processing is impossible.
